Privilégiez les High Explosives qui marcheraient mieux en toutes circonstances sur IL2
Privilégiez le rail mk.III
Le rail mk.I est plus lourd et vous fera perdre env. 10km avant/après tir des roquettes.
Typhoon
Utilisez le viseur par défaut qui est le viseur ajustable britannique.
Emport max: Double RP3-HE rockets on mk.I rails ca vous donnera 12 roquettes. Les paires sont larguées en dernière.
Procédure
- réglage viseur: -1°
- Approche:
3000 fts.
250mph.
aligner l'objo dans le U créé par les 2 canons à gauche de l'aile par exemple.
Faire un tonneau vers l'objo afin d'obtenir le bon angle pour une descente.
Pendant la descente, gardez votre cible dans le viseur et votre altimètre en vision périphérique.
- Tirer à 1000 pieds, cible sur le viseur OU légèrement décalée du point central horizontalement comme les roquettes ne convergent pas.
Mosquito
prendre le mk.IIL Gunsight avec le reglage d'angle comme le Typhoon.
le mkIII Rail est plus léger que le mkI. Attention au mk.III "TIERED" qui regroupe par paire les roquettes: vous pourrez en tirer moins.
Autres appareils et roquettes
US: P51, P47, P38
Toujours des roquettes M8, par 6.
Le rack est toujours le "M10 launcher" jettisonable via touche maj gauche + D.
Apres jettison du rack, on ne perd que 4 mph.
Selon l'appareil, les roquettes ne tirent pas du tout pareil. "haut" pour le p38 (partent bien au dessus du viseur), plus bas sur le P47. Il faut donc travailler appareil par appareil
